You also need to keep those parts clean by washing them regularly with body wash and using deodorant.

Shower Especially In the Morning
Taking a shower will remove dust and dirt from your body which makes you look fresh and smell good.
While showering you need to wash some main parts of your body like – armpits, balls, chest, face, hair, and feet.

Flossing is the best way to remove that, there are many flossing tools you can find on the market.
Make sure you do it every day after food. Just like flossing mouthwash is also important, make sure to get one.
After showering, you are feeling great + smelling amazing, now you need to use a lotion. Because it improves your skin, makes you look amazing, and above all smell good.

Wear Clean Clothes
No doubt you should wear clean clothes if you want to smell good. You don’t want to be that guy who smells awful even if his style is great.
Wash your clothes regularly, especially t-shirts, underwear, socks, and pants.
But for jeans, you don’t need to wash every day instead wash once every week or like after 3-4 use.

Smelling good is a great way to have a positive impact on yourself, but even if you follow all those things still you need to keep these things in check.
- Avoid Certain Foods like Garlic, Spicy Foods, Fast Foods, Cheese, Desserts, and Curries as they can cause bacteria buildup easily which results in bad breath. It’s okay to eat these foods but after that remember to floss, brush and use mouthwash.
- Eat foods like yogurt, Citrus Fruits, Cinnamon, and Herbal teas this can avoid bacteria build-up, which then results in good body odor so try adding these items into your daily routine.
- Drink water and green tea – water helps in releasing toxins through sweat, drinking fewer water results in less release of toxins which results in a bad smell. Green tea on the other hand kills bacteria which results in a good smell.
